Kforce has a client that is seeking a Fund Accountant in Plano, TX. Summary: As a Fund Servicing Analyst within the company, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Responsibilities:

• Execute routine fund servicing transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines and procedures
• Collaborate with operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in fund servicing operations
• Stay vigilant about cybersecurity practices, proactively detecting possible threats and deploying strategic measures to safeguard information and systems
• Utilize active listening and questioning skills to understand and address client needs, fostering strong relationships and promoting deeper understanding
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, applying innovation and design thinking techniques to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform
• Provide independent valuation services to internal and external clients across a wide array of OTC derivative products including rates, credit, equity, FX, inflation, commodity, and volatility/variance swaps
• Produce and analyze valuations on OTC derivatives within client portfolios on a daily basis; This will also involve comparing and analyzing OTC valuations across multiple sources and the candidate should be able to quantify and clearly articulate any valuation movements through the Greeks
• Establish and develop strong relationships with both internal and external clients

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
